No-Show Actions

It is NEMT’s policy to make a pick-up attempt no more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time unless agreed upon with member. Upon arrival the assigned DCSR is required to notify dispatch via text of their arrival at the pick-up address.

Trips need to be confirmed at least 24 hours before scheduled pick-up time. Multiple NO SHOWS without sufficient notice will lead to rejection of future trips.
