Executive Summary

NEMT Solution LLC (NEMT) was founded in June 2019 to provide solutions for the challenges faced in the non-emergency medical and non-medical transportation industry. With this in mind, NEMT strives to provide services to the underserved and most vulnerable members of our community. At the core of our philosophy is understanding the growing need for reliable, safe, and caring transportation services for members while also recognizing the need for integrity, transparency, and financial responsibility that is deficient in the industry. The solutions we offer are tailored to encompass member care and integrity with the belief that the two are not mutually exclusive but can be achieved in tandem. Over the last 5 years, we have completed over 500,000 transports.

• Current Service Area: We have a large presence in Pima and Maricopa counties. We also have some presence in Pinal County. As a solution-driven organization, we are willing and capable of expanding to other service areas within Arizona if the need arises.
• Number of Employees: Our greatest asset is our team of drivers, whom we refer to as Driving Customer Service Representatives (DCSR) and a dedicated office staff. Driving Customer Service Representatives recognize the value they provide in the care system of the members they are transporting. We encourage our DCSR staff to recognize and take pride in the role they play in the well-being of the members we serve. Most of our staff have been with the organization for over two years.
• Company’s Areas of Specialization and Expertise: We specialize in ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher services. Our DCSRs are well-trained to offer professional Curb-to-Curb and Door-to-Door services. We also have a dedicated support team at the office to ensure the transportation needs are met per each request specification. We offer both scheduled and non-scheduled transportation services.
• Length of Time the Company Has Been Providing Services: Our organization has been offering services since 2019. During the COVID period, we contracted with the Federal government as a subcontractor to provide transportation services to quarantine facilities in an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We successfully accomplished that mission while keeping our staff safe and without any incident.
• Average Age of Vehicles in Our Fleet: NEMT Solution LLC has a young and well-maintained fleet of both ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible vehicles. We also have vans that can accommodate up to 12 passengers.
