How do I schedule a ride?
You can request transportation through our online booking page, by email, phone, or fax. The dispatch team monitors requests 24/7 and will acknowledge trip requests on the same day they are received.
What types of vehicles are available?
The fleet includes ambulatory vehicles, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, and vans that can accommodate up to 12 passengers. The vehicles are well-maintained, with an average age of 2019 (ranging from 2015–2023).
When should I book my ride?
While NEMT provides both scheduled and non-scheduled transportation services, it is encouraged to book rides with sufficient notice. For long-distance trips, special considerations are needed to balance the miles driven.
What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is outlined as follows:

  • If a trip is canceled, the assigned driver must notify dispatch immediately.
  • If the passenger does not show up, the driver waits for 15 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time before marking them as a "No Show."
  • A follow-up notification is sent within 24 hours to the relevant contact.

Are your drivers certified and trained?

Yes, drivers (referred to as Driving Customer Service Representatives, or DCSRs) undergo extensive training, including:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean record
  • Customer service skills and experience
  • Vehicle and device safety training (wheelchair lifts, ramps, seatbelts)
  • State-specific transportation regulations
  • CPR, first aid, and transportation safety certifications
  • Regular refresher training sessions
Can I request special accommodations?
Yes, the company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and ensures reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. Special requests, such as wheelchair securement, assistance boarding, service animals, and communication aids, are documented and addressed.
